This 1994 Playmates Star Trek 4" action figure of Captain Picard as Dixon Hill #6050 is mint on card and in excellent condition.  There is a bent corner and some minor shelf wear, but for a toy package 14 years old it is about as mint as it gets.  

Included are a action base, and character appropriate accessories.  Plus a Playmates Spacecap Card.
