This 1993 Playmates Deep Space-9 4" action figure of Lieutenant Jadzia Dax is mint on card and in excellent condition.  There is some minor shelf wear, but for a toy package 14 years old it is about as mint as it get's.  

Included are a action base, and character appropriate accessories.  Plus a Exclusive Skybox Playmates Collector Card.
